Meezan Justuju: A Quest for Islamic Finance Leaders! – Batch 02 – A Talent Development Program by Meezan Bank and IBA-CEIF

The Islamic finance sector is the fastest-growing segment of the financial industry, offering tremendous career growth potential and professional development opportunities for fresh graduates, both locally and globally.

After the successful completion of the first batch of the Meezan Justuju Program—a talent development initiative in collaboration with the IBA Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF)—Meezan Bank has launched the second batch, consisting of 42 teaching hours meticulously designed to provide insights into Islamic finance, with in-person classes available in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

This initiative aims to help aspiring youth maximize the benefits of the course, expand their knowledge, and boost their employability in the field of Islamic finance.

Screening Criteria

  • Candidates must participate in the written test and qualify, demonstrating their critical thinking, general knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Successful candidates, shortlisted on the basis of written test and panel interview meeting eligibility criteria will be offered Certification Course from IBA-CEIF, fully sponsored by Meezan Bank.

Age Limit

  • 30 years or less as of September 30, 2024.
  • One-year age relaxation is applicable for Hafiz-e-Quran, differently-abled persons and students who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami/ Shahadat ul Alamiyah from a HEC recognized board.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Fresh graduates must hold a minimum educational qualification of 16 years in any discipline from a reputable university/institute recognized by HEC in any discipline, students in their final semesters or ACCA, CA & ICMA finalists who are living in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad are eligible to apply.
